Horch Roofing has a staff of at minimum ten employees year round to service the roofing needs of the community. Our foremen have over 35 years of combined experience. We take pride in the work we accomplish, holding quality as one of our top priorities. Therefore training is very important to us. We have a Training Center in our shop located on Route 90 in Warren. This enables us to teach less experienced employees the proper techniques, the correct application and the tricks of the trade in a controlled environment. After sufficient training, we have confidence that the roofers we send to your project are properly prepared and educated.

Safety is our number one priority at Horch Roofing. We hold safety meetings on a monthly basis covering topics such as safe lifting, ladder safety, and fall protection. We require roofers to be harnessed to the roof for all projects, no exceptions. Since the onset of our business we have completed over 1,000 projects, and because of our strict concern for safety there have been no major accidents. Additionally, we require all ground men to wear hardhats protecting them from possible falling objects. We have had four insurance inspections and one OSHA visit in the past two years and have received positive feedback from each visit.
